Another Busy Day

 Yesterday was a mix of sun and clouds with a high of 7C. This morning it is cloudy and 7C. It did rain during the night. Today is supposed to be cloudy with the temperature falling to -1C this afternoon. 

Lifestyle

I was out again making sandwiches at the hall. I had the key so got in early and another lady and I started the prep work with others joining in when they arrived. We were done just before 9 am. 

I left from the hall to osteopathy where I had a good treatment. The muscles around my hip joints were tight and she worked on them. She also worked on the hip flexors as they were sore. I have improved that when she goes off on maternity leave in late April I will be fine. The only thing I am to do is wear good shoes in the house for support. 

I was home before noon and sat with heat on my leg. After lunch I got busy. Laundry was put on (two loads), the kitchen floor vacuumed and mopped, and recycling taken out and sorted in the garage. I have to wipe the counters and that room is done. 

I headed out to get daughter-in-law a bouquet of tulips. I also got items so we can make a square. I had a great visit with her and she is improving. She had been out for an hour in the morning sitting in the car while grandson did some things for her. I am taking her out on Thursday morning to shop for groceries. She is getting cabin fever sitting in the house. 

I was out last night to see my friend. I felt good enough to be out in the evening. We had a great visit and several good laughs. It was a lovely 90 minutes. 

I did not sew or knit. I am feeling lost and am waiting for the days I can get back to my old routine. It will come as family comes first. 

Thoughts

    I am grateful to have osteopathy as it really helps loosen up the tight muscles I have. Though it hurts while she is doing her "magic", the next day I do feel much better. 

    I am feeling less tired each day as my medication kicks in. I am making lists of things I need to do each day and can do them without getting exhausted and needing a nap. It is great to be getting back to doing more things each day. 

    Our weather is, once again, being crazy. Warm today and then cold. Warming up on the weekend and most of next week. It makes you wonder if spring is coming or if winter will come back to bite us one last time. Everyone is so ready to have warmer weather. 

Today

I have to fold laundry, do two more loads and clean up more of the house. I will probably be at it most of the day. I would like to hem the doll's dress so I can start prepping for the retreat I am going to at the end of the month. If I am not too tired tonight I would like to pick up the stitches on the arm of the vest.
