Yesterday was spent doing the final touches for Halloween. We got everything done though I won't be doing a few things next year. Like lighted balloons. I would like to do something for photo shoots though. People loved the coffin at the garage door and took photos there. Maybe the skeleton will reside at the garage door with the coffin. We had about 250 children come to our door. We turned our street into a walk only zone and the people came down the street in groves. Our first visitor of the night was nearly 2 years old and dressed as a skunk. Some fun costumes.
People come from all over to trick or treat.
Elliott usually doesn't like the hubbub of 6 children coming to our door so we thought he would be hiding with all the activity at our door. His post was at the top of the stairs watching.
He only got yelled at twice as he was creeping towards the door. Not.Allowed. Even if it was exciting.
By the time Halloween was over, I was tired. And sore. It is over for another year.
Today
Halloween decorations need to be put away and then it a nap seems to be on the horizon. I will try to iron some fabric but I think I am going to be moving quite slow today.
Until the next time..............................
