The Doctor's Visit

Yesterday was a lovely sunny day. The high got to 11.5C but the sun certainly felt warm. This morning, it was 2C and hazy. We are to have rain starting this afternoon. The high is to get to 11C. 

Lifestyle

We headed out to the doctor's in the morning. My visit was good; blood pressure is fine and I have to have blood work done before we return in 3 months. 

The Spousal Unit's blood work came back good. His cancer blood work is still in the great range after 6 years. So happy about that. He is being referred to a specialist for his memory issues, given a prescription to help calm him down, and will see the doctor in 2 weeks. 

After lunch, the Spousal Unit spent the afternoon with son while grandson and I took the bottles to the recycling depot. We went shopping for groceries and home to put them away and watch the lawn get aerated. It was then time to get the Spousal Unit. He had been out for a drive and had had a nap. 

The first pill was taken at bedtime and after a couple of hours of sleep, the Spousal Unit awoke in total confusion. It was 20 minutes of him all over the house, pushing and shoving me, and being verbally abusive before I got him into bed. He awoke a second time but was less confused and then slept until almost 7 a.m. We are both tired, once again. The Spousal Unit is quite calm this morning which I hope will last all day.

Sewing

No sewing was done yesterday because of recycling. I am happy that job is done and we have more room in the shed. 

Knitting

None done.

Today

I must start paper work and then I want to sew, do a bit on the puzzle, and try to knit tonight. We wait and see how things go.
