Out to Watch a Play

 Yesterday started out with sun and clouds and mid afternoon it rained off and on all night. The high got to 6C. This morning it is cloudy and 1C. Today is supposed to be rainy with a high of 8C. 

Lifestyle

Yesterday morning I did some research on the family tree. The tree is growing in numbers but is also filling out with dates and information. It is interesting to find out about people through newspaper clippings, death certificates, and from other people who have the names I am looking for in their family trees. I do hit brick walls as do others. 

I cleaned the bathroom and folded laundry before lunch. I also did a quick tidy up in the kitchen. I also had to pick up for Rosie the Robot as she was cleaning the all the upstair floors in the afternoon. 

Plans were changed for when we were going to the school play. We went to the afternoon show. Not a lot of people went (maybe 50) as there would be an almost full show last night for the finale. The senior students put on Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice and did a great job of it. It had a few issues which brought a few chuckles. One of the actresses over dress for one scene had the zipper break. She was okay but annoyed she said after the play. Grandson had to lower the chandelier and it came down upside down. But, the students did a great job playing their parts. The stage hands had a lot of props to change and move about and they were great also. I really enjoyed the play. 

I did not sew as I was out. I am having issues with YouTube on my computer. It is very slow loading videos that I want to watch. One is how to sew Luna Lapin's body. I watch it on the computer while I eat breakfast and then again when I am sewing. 

I also did not knit last night as I was tired. I am hoping that I will be able to do more today and tonight as I had a better sleep last night. The lack of good sleep has left me feeling tired. Add our dull weather and I just want to sit and do nothing. 

Today

I want to do the balance sheet and some cleaning upstairs. I hope to work on the rabbit's body this afternoon and knit tonight. I am staying home today as the weather is going to be wet and I want to be in good shape for osteopathy on Monday.
