The tree is down and it took us a couple of hours to accomplish that task. Every ornament goes back into its box and those that don’t have boxes are wrapped carefully. I can now dust and mop the floor. And get the furniture into its right place again. We will be back to normal by this evening; what ever our normal is.
I finished the best yesterday. I got the beads and crystals on the front where the closure is.
I love the subtle south western look this vest has. It is for sale. I usually don’t make items for sale.
I also cut out a top for Miss Rodeo Canada 2013 and I hope to get it done soon. That will come off the goal list. Woot! Woot! This top is a dark red satin.
It will have a black sheer with silver glitter and silver maple leaves on it.
I have been cleaning up my blog and will continue to do so as I have time. I did not remove everything from it. I kept tutorials I have done and a few other things that I want for inspiration. Those I have rewritten some.

The vest is pretty. It's something that could easily be worn anytime--not theatrical. Good luck with all your goals for the coming year. I need to lose 40 pounds, too. That weight just wants to stick to me, so it takes some work.
